Sigma creates 500 work-from-home jobs

Business outsourcing specialist Sigma Connected is creating 500 new jobs in Scotland which will be offered to people who want to work from home.

Sigma, which provides customer contact services to a range of businesses across the UK, already employs 4,000 people around the UK, a number which grew by 600 during 2022. The new roles are contact centres agents, supervisors and management and will mostly be home based.

The chief operating officer of Sigma Connected Group, Mike Harfield, said: “As part of our growth, new client wins, and success in various markets, I am delighted that we can once again expand our team after adding thousands of new jobs in the past 10 years.
