If you're looking for a role for the Christmas period, retail chain Morrisons is looking to hire thousands of permanent and temporary members of staff across the UK.
The supermarket giant is recruiting 500 more team members for this Christmas than last year, partly because of the football world cup in Qatar which takes place during November and December, saying it will make the run up to Christmas 'even bigger' than usual.
Morrisons has 3,500 jobs on offer which are located in Morrisons stores around the country, as well as in their logistics and food-making operations.
Morrisons’ people director Clare Grainger, said: “Ahead of the festive season, we are looking for 3,500 Christmas helpers to come and join our fast-moving and exciting team on a temporary or permanent basis. There are lots of great opportunities in our various stores and sites across the UK to help people develop new skills and make and deliver the items our customers love to enjoy when celebrating the festive season.”
